On October 13, 1961, Angel Pagan was born a commoner in the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Unaware of his noble background, he was registered under the full name of Angel Luis Arturo Pagan Nieves.
His great-grandfather Lord Arthur Nieves, who officially established the House of Homestead in his native Andorra,
was also an officer of the Spanish Royal Navy. In 1910 he was sent to the island of Puerto Rico from the tiny Principality
of Andorra on a historic naval research mission. In 1990, 80 years later, The House of Homestead was re-established
after an official investiture and registration ceremony took place in Andorra to recognize Angel Pagan, direct descendant,
with the territorial and honorable title of Prince Arthur. A title which was originally bestowed upon Lord Arthur Nieves after
his 35 consecutive years of dedicated service to the community of Andorra La Vella under the feudal system of titles and regalia.
Known by many in his country and the United States as Angel Pagan, an independent television producer/photojournalist
and a Professional Boeing Flight Engineer, he is certainly recognized by many royal houses of Europe and several monarchies
of the Middle East as His Highness Prince Arthur of The House of Homestead.
On February 6, 2002, he was personally invited by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
to attend her Golden Jubilee Celebration at her official London residence, June 2002, Buckingham Palace.
The Golden Jubilee of Elizabeth II marked the fiftieth anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's accession to the throne.
It was celebrated with large-scale events throughout London, the capital of the United Kingdom, in June 2002,
as well as in her other Realms, as she and Prince Philip toured them throughout the year.
The official "Jubilee Days" were held to coincide with the Queen's Official Birthday. Unlike the Silver Jubilee in 1977,
international goodwill trips were scheduled months in advance, and first started in February.

Since 1990, Prince Arthur, as Title Holder, has maintained an active agenda by attending meetings
with Government officials, heads of states and various non-profit organizations for charities.
